Internal Cleansing

By detoxing, we nourish the body with essential nutrients while removing the impurities. With fasting, we rest the organs and bypass the process of digestion – saving energy and diverting it towards repairing damaged cells and tissues. The process of cleansing internally stimulates the liver to drive endogenous and exogenous toxins from the body; promotes elimination through the intestines, kidneys, and skin; and improves the health and circulation of the blood. We want our gut to be healthy because the microorganisms that thrive in our internal environment communicate with the brain via the vagus nerve. They send signals that control our appetite and mood. By eliminating the harmful gut microbes through cleansing, we assure that there is a healthy relationship established between the bacterium that are living inside of us, and our body and mind. Most importantly, we cleanse our system from toxic debris and plaque buildup. We do this by undergoing internal cleansing procedures, such as colon hydrotherapy, lymphatic drainage massages, and oxygen baths or infrared sauna sessions. If our body has been infiltrated by parasites – which is common in the average American – we will administer a parasite flush to remove these unwanted organisms. It is also beneficial to administer a fresh organic juice fast while we go through the cleansing process.

Colon Hydrotherapy

One procedure for cleansing internally is colon hydrotherapy. This is a simple procedure where a tube is inserted rectally and water is pumped into your colon to loosen up the hardened fecal matter for expulsion. When I go in for these services, I ask for organic chlorophyll implants. Adding liquid chlorophyll assists with detox and is a natural deodorizer. It may not sound like something we would jump for joy about having done, but I assure you it will improve your well-being.

Another method for cleansing the colon is using an enema bucket. This can be much more cost efficient and can also be done in the privacy of your home without assistance. You can purchase an enema bag and kit online for less than ten dollars and search on any online search engine for instructions guiding you through the process. If you go this route, be sure to use distilled water rather than the saline solution provided.

“One autopsy revealed a colon to be nine inches in diameter with a passage through it no larger than a pencil. The rest was caked up layer upon layer of encrusted fecal material. This accumulation can have the consistency of truck tire rubber. It's that hard and black. Another autopsy revealed a stagnant colon to weigh in at an incredible forty pounds. When the bowel is that dirty, it can harbor an amazing variety of very harmful bacteria and parasites.” – Dr. Bernard Jensen

Lymphatic Drainage

"The cell is immortal. It is merely the fluid in which it floats that degenerates. Renew this fluid at regular intervals, give the cells what they require for nutrition, and as far as we know, the pulsation of life can go on forever." – Dr. Alexis Carrell, Nobel Prize winner

Because the lymph fluid filters our cells, it is important to keep our lymph moving and clean from toxins. Many people who have been sedentary for years have tainted lymph fluid, and while exercise helps to move the toxins, there is also an internal cleansing service that will speed up the process for you. Most holistic health centers provide lymphatic drainage massages. This is a cost efficient and non-invasive procedure that moves mucus out of the lymph, making it easier to breathe, and revitalizing your energy. Anyone who has trouble with congestion or lung disorders would benefit by undergoing this procedure. By simply typing lymphatic drainage along with your zip code into an online search engine, you will find a place that offers this service. If you live on an island, or in a random place that does not offer this service, try jumping on a mini trampoline daily. This is known as rebounding, and also helps to move the lymph. Running uphill can be therapeutic for the lymph as well.

Oxygen Bath

The oxygen bath is an internal cleansing service that submerges your body in ozone and draws toxins and heavy metals out of your system. Many people who do this service see the evidence of heavy metal toxins being expelled from their skin immediately after the procedure. When they dry off after each session, the white towels they use become discolored from the toxins being released. By typing oxygen bath into an online search engine, you should find a place nearby that offers this service. If you cannot find a location nearby, infrared saunas are similar. Try your best to sweat as much as you can.

Parasite Flush

Millions of Americans are infested with parasites and do not know it. In fact, most chronic illnesses and diseases are related to parasitic invasion. If you have parasites, there are several options for eliminating them from your system. Because they can severely damage your organs if left inside, it is imperative for you to devise a protocol to remove them.

It is best to avoid all animal-based foods, GMOs, and refined sugars. There are various supplements that are helpful as well. A combination of black walnut, cloves, and wormwood is an effective combatant. There is a supplement known as Scram, made by Healthforce Nutritionals, that already combines these three compounds in one capsule. Another option is food grade diatomaceous earth. Using oil of oregano and fenugreek seed powder are good for breaking up mucus. Drinking organic black radish juice will also dissolve mucus.

In addition to killing the parasites through supplementation, try enemas using organic garlic water. If you use garlic as a medicinal food, always purchase organic to avoid the methyl bromide that is sprayed on conventional garlic.
